got deer hide and need some major advise

Ok i got deer this year and have the skin salted down but i didn't have time to flesh the hide b/c i had a pressing matter to attend to so right now its in my garage heavily salted and rolled flesh in and sitting in my garage. what should i do? oh and what can i do to get the blood off the fur?

The amount of meat and fat is left on the hide will determine how the hide will turn out. 
If it just some small chunks then the hide will be fine.  If there are large patches over a 1/4 inch thick then the salt will have a hard time penetrating through and there is a good chance of the hair falling out.

The blood should wash out of the fur during the first step of the process.  Add a little soap to the water as you rehydrate the hide to remove any blood and dirt from the hair.
